What time does the trip leave?
The first trip is at 11:10 am and we try to run at ten past the hour throughout the day until 4:10 pm. As we travel through a working lock that is used by other boaters then sometimes the times may vary a little.
can we bring a dog on board?
Yes you can bring a dog on board as long as it is well behaved. We have audio playing throughout the tour and a barking dog will upset the other passenger.
Do you have disabled facilities?
Yes we have a wheelchair lift (up to 200kg) and a disabled toilet as well as moveable seating to accommodate the wheelchair in the cabin.
CAn we book Online?
Yes you can book online, although please note that the booking is a preferred time. We will do our best to meet it but occasionally we may have to move you to a later trip.
Do you take private charters?
Yes we do, although we only have one boat. Booking early is essential. You can find out more here
I've booked online and the trip was cancelled what should I do?
Occasionally the trip might be cancelled due to high river levels or strong winds. Don't worry as we'll automatically refund you if that happens. It can take 3-5 days to appear in your account and don't hesitate to contact us on 01789 295173 if there's a problem.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE BOARD?
Boarding is usually 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please be prompt,even if you've booked.
