We are running our normal 40-minute trips that depart at 10 past the hour from 11.10am, and every hour after that, 7 days a week, but at reduced capacity of 32 PAX to allow for 1m+ distancing onboard between groups/bubbles. Please note - we are not accepting online bookings until the 1m+ rule has been relaxed by Government.
Trips are managed on a first come, first served basis. Please turn up 10-15 minutes before departure. We can accommodate a maximum of 32 passengers on each trip which will be reduced to facilitate distancing between groups if there are odd numbers of passengers for example. Payment is in cash onboard to our crew who will book you in for the trip. Cash points are nearby on Bridge Street, just 200m away. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
We place customer safety at the heart of our operation and have taken a number of steps to mitigate the risks posed by Covid-19. These steps include:
1. Reduced capacity. We are currently running at half capacity for social distancing reasons.
2. Ventilation. Windows have been removed and the boat is well ventilated.
3. Embarking and disembarking. This is done strictly in a first come first served order from bow to stern, and vice-versa to maintain social distancing.
4. Hand sanitiser is provided for all passengers and staff.
5. Face masks must be worn on board.
6. The toilet is not available.
