The Canal and River Tours Team
- We will be open at weekends up to 14/2/26 after which we will be open 7 days a week until mid-November, subject to our usual Terms and Conditions (which include min PAX numbers and river / weather conditions on the day).
- Customers will be unable to pre-book their tickets online from 3/11/25 - 27/2/26 but will be able pay by cash or card, on the boat, on the day. Just turn up and pay onboard!
- We are happy to arrange group bookings for 20+ PAX, or private hire on any day during the winter period - further information can be found here.
- The first tour will start boarding at 11am with departures every hour to 3pm. On quieter days we will run the first trip at 12.10. All tours are subject to minimum numbers turning up, with the earlier trips usually being more popular on the quieter days. Earlier and later trips can be arranged for groups of 20+ passengers. We have spaces for 60 passengers on each tour.
- On the quieter days we strongly advise you try and join one of our earlier trips for the best chance of having a boat trip as they are subject to minimum passenger numbers which can be harder to achieve later in the day. If you have any questions please speak with the crew at our home mooring who will be able to update you on the day. Our location can be found here.
