February 2025 Opening Information

• Jennifer May, our passenger boat is now back from the boat yard following her scheduled winter maintenance and is all ready to go for the up and coming season!
• We plan to be open every day from 15/2/25 subject to our usual Terms and Conditions (which include min PAX numbers and river / weather conditions on the day).
  
• We are able to arrange group bookings on any day during this period - further information can be found here.
• We always try to update our homepage to say we are running by 10am on the days we are open but sometimes it is very hard to predict what the weather and river conditions will be any further in advance at this time of year.
• The first tour will start boarding at 11am with departures every hour to 3pm. All tours are subject to minimum numbers turning up, with the earlier trips usually being more popular on the quieter days. Earlier and later trips can be arranged for groups of 20+ passengers. We have spaces for 60 passengers on each tour.
• Customers will be unable to pre-book their tickets online during February but will be able pay by cash or card, on the boat, on the day.
  
• Our online booking system is open - you can book tickets for tours from 1st March 1/3/25 (subject to our usual T's & C's). We always hold some spaces back for those who turn up and pay on the day.
  
• On the quieter days we advise you try and join one of our earlier trips for the best chance of having a boat trip as they are subject to minimum passenger numbers which can be harder to achieve later in the day.
